60 Treatment and care assessor’s determination—certificate
(1)
This section applies if a treatment and care assessor determines a dispute about a participant’s treatment and care needs.
(2)
The treatment and care assessor must give the LTCS commissioner and the participant a certificate of the assessor’s determination, setting out the reasons for the findings on which the determination is based.
(3)
The treatment and care assessor may correct an error in the certificate that arises from a clerical mistake or accidental slip or omission.
