65 LTCS commissioner not liable for legal costs for dispute or review
The LTCS commissioner is not liable for legal costs for legal services provided to a participant in the LTCS scheme in relation to—
(a)
a treatment and care assessor’s determination in relation to a dispute about the participant’s treatment and care needs; or
(b)
a review of the assessor’s determination by a treatment and care review panel.
