64 Assessed treatment and care to be revised
This section applies if a treatment and care assessor or review panel makes a determination about a dispute relating to the treatment and care needs of a participant in the LTCS scheme.

The LTCS commissioner must revise its assessment of the participant’s treatment and care needs to include the changes that are needed (if any) to give effect to the determination of the assessor or review panel.
The LTCS commissioner may correct an error in its assessment that arises from a clerical mistake or accidental slip or omission.
The LTCS commissioner’s revised assessment of a participant’s treatment and care needs replaces an earlier assessment of those needs.
