12A Definitions—pt 3
In this part:
at premises includes in or on the premises.
occupier, of premises, includes—
(a)
a person an authorised officer believes on reasonable grounds to be the occupier of the premises; and
(b)
a person apparently in charge of the premises.
premises includes any land, structure or vehicle and any part of land, a structure or a vehicle.
