13CE Warning to be given
(1)
Before directing a person under section 13CC, an authorised officer must warn the person about the effect of—
(a)
section 13CC (3); and
(b)
section 13CD.
(2)
It is not an offence for an individual to fail to comply with a direction on the ground that the question, information or document might tend to incriminate the individual, unless the individual was first given the warning in subsection (1) (b).
