Liability

In force

An action or other proceeding does not lie against the registrar or an authorised officer in relation to an honest act or omission in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act.

Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).
