Long Service Leave Act 1976

This section applies if the registrar makes a decision under section 13F (3) in relation to an employer.

The registrar must give a reviewable decision notice only to the employer.

Note The requirements for reviewable decision notices are prescribed under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008.

The employer may apply to the ACAT for review of the decision.

Note If a form is approved under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008 for the application, the form must be used.
