60 Disqualification
A person commits an offence if the person—
is disqualified under division 7.3 (Disciplinary action) from holding a tobacco licence for a stated period; and
is involved in the direction, management or control of a tobacco retailing business during the period.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
A person commits an offence if the person—
is disqualified under division 7.3 from holding a tobacco licence for particular premises for a stated period; and
is involved in the direction, management or control of a tobacco retailing business at the premises during the period.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
