65 Licensee stops carrying on business
(1)
A licensee commits an offence if the licensee—
(a)
stops carrying on business under the licence; and
(b)
fails to tell the commissioner, in writing, that the licensee has stopped carrying on business under the licence as soon as practicable, but not later than 7 days, after the day the person stops carrying on business.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
