79 Tree management plans—more information for application
(1)
The decision-maker may, by written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the decision-maker more information or a document that the decision-maker reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2)
If the applicant fails to comply with a requirement under subsection (1), the decision-maker may refuse to consider the application further.
