88 Tree management plans—guidelines
(1)
The conservator may make guidelines for tree management plans.
(2)
The guidelines may set out things that must or may be included in a tree management plan.
Note The guidelines may apply, adopt or incorporate an instrument as in force from time to time (see s 142).
(3)
A guideline is a notifiable instrument.
