83 Tree management plans—time for referral entity to give advice
If a copy of a proposal or application is given to an entity under section 82, the entity must give the decision-maker the entity’s advice on the proposal or application not later than—
(a)
25 working days after the day the decision-maker gives the proposal or application to the entity; or
(b)
if a regulation prescribes a shorter period—the end of the shorter period.
