27 Notice of appointment of arbitrator

(1)

When an arbitrator is appointed for a purpose of the Code, the APVMA must give notice in writing of the appointment, stating the arbitrator’s name and address, to:

(a)

each primary holder in the matter to be arbitrated; and

(b)

the secondary holder in the matter; and

(c)

the mediator in the matter.

(2)

The notice must be given within 14 days after the appointment.
