37 Arbitrator’s costs
(1)
The parties to an arbitration are jointly and severally liable to pay any costs reasonably incurred by the arbitrator in relation to the arbitration.
(2)
The APVMA may elect to pay the arbitrator’s costs mentioned in subregulation (1).
(3)
If the APVMA pays the arbitrator’s costs, the APVMA may recover the costs from all or any of the holders as a civil debt in a court of competent jurisdiction.
