29 Mediator to submit report
As soon as practicable after being notified of the arbitrator’s appointment, the mediator must give a written report to the arbitrator:
(a)
setting out the proposals and counter proposals (if any) made by the holders during the mediation; and
(b)
summarising the issues raised during the mediation.
