60 Licence condition—holder to give information about manufacture

For the purposes of paragraph 126(4)(b) of the Code (which deals with additional conditions of a licence), it is a condition of each licence that the holder of the licence must give the APVMA on or before each anniversary of the day on which the licence comes into force:

(a)

the name, qualifications and details of the relevant experience of any person nominated by the holder of the licence as the person having control of:

(i)

the production of the chemical products manufactured by or on behalf of the holder of the licence; and

(ii)

the quality control measures that are, or are to be, employed in the manufacture of the chemical products; and

(b)

if the APVMA so requests—details of chemical products manufactured by or on behalf of the holder of the licence during the previous 12 months.
