62 Licence condition—naming persons in control of production etc
For the purposes of paragraph 126(4)(b) of the Code (which deals with conditions in licences), if:
(a)
an applicant for a licence to manufacture chemical products nominates a person as the person having control of the production of chemical products or of the quality control measures to be employed in the manufacture of the chemical products; and
(b)
the licence is granted; and
(c)
the applicant wishes to replace the nominated person with another person;
it is a condition of the licence that the licence holder must inform the APVMA as soon as practicable of the name, qualifications and experience of that other person.
