42 Simplified outline
The following is a simplified outline of this Part:
• The owner or operator of a broadcasting transmission tower or a designated associated facility must provide:
(a)
the holder of a commercial television broadcasting licence; or
(b)
a national broadcaster;
with access to the tower or facility.
• The owner or operator of a broadcasting transmission tower must provide:
(a)
the holder of a commercial television broadcasting licence; or
(b)
a national broadcaster;
with access to the site of the tower.
