44 Extended meaning of access
(1)
For the purposes of this Part, giving access to a tower includes replacing the tower with another tower located on the same site and giving access to the replacement tower.
(2)
For the purposes of this Part, giving access to a site on which is situated a tower includes replacing the tower with another tower located on the site.
(3)
For the purposes of this Part, giving access to a designated associated facility includes:
(a)
replacing the facility with another facility located on the same site and giving access to the replacement facility; or
(b)
giving access to a service provided by means of the designated associated facility.
