43A Designated associated facilities
For the purposes of this Part, a designated associated facility means any of the following facilities:
(a)
an antenna;
(b)
a combiner;
(c)
a feeder system;
(d)
a facility of a kind specified in the regulations;
where:
(e)
the facility is, or is to be, associated with a transmitter; and
(f)
the facility is used, or capable of being used, in connection with:
(i)
the transmission of a television broadcasting service in digital mode; or
(ii)
the provision of datacasting services in digital mode.
