15 Application of section 15
Section 15 of the Commonwealth Funds Management Limited Act 1990 applies in relation to a transferred body as if:
(a)
a reference to the Company were a reference to the transferred body; and
(b)
a reference to the commencement of Part 3 of that Act were a reference to the transfer of all of the shares in the CFM subsidiary in question by CFM to the Commonwealth.
