16 Application of Part 4
Part 4 of the Commonwealth Funds Management Limited Act 1990 applies in relation to a transferred body as if:
(a)
a reference to a protected body were a reference to the transferred body or a wholly‑owned subsidiary of the transferred body; and
(b)
a reference to a protected company name were a reference to the transferred body’s name or a wholly‑owned subsidiary’s name; and
(c)
a reference to a protected business name were a reference to the transferred body’s name or a wholly‑owned subsidiary’s name; and
(d)
a reference to the Company were a reference to the transferred body.
