19 Application of Part 8
Part 8 of the Commonwealth Funds Management Limited Act 1990 (other than sections 44, 46 and 47) applies in relation to a transferred body as if:
(a)
a reference to the Company were a reference to the transferred body; and
(b)
a reference to the transition were a reference to the transfer of all of the shares in the CFM subsidiary in question by CFM to the Commonwealth.
