17 Application of section 33
Section 33 of the Commonwealth Funds Management Limited Act 1990 applies in relation to a transferred employee of a transferred body as if:
(a)
a reference to a staff member were a reference to the transferred employee; and
(b)
a reference to the Company were a reference to the transferred body; and
(c)
a reference to the transition were a reference to the transfer of all of the shares in the CFM subsidiary in question by CFM to the Commonwealth.
