18B Accused to be conveyed to Court
(1)
Where an accused has been removed to a State under this Act, a judge of the Supreme Court may order that the accused be conveyed to the Court for the purposes of trial in that State, and any related proceedings.
(2)
Where a judge of the Supreme Court makes an order under subsection (1), the person who has the custody of the accused shall release the accused to a constable to enable the accused to be conveyed to the Court in accordance with that order.
