22A Ordinances—incorporation of matters by reference
(1)
Despite subsection 14(2) of the Legislation Act 2003, an Ordinance, or a law made under such an Ordinance, may make provision in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating, with or without modification, a provision of a Western Australian law (whether or not the law is an applied Western Australian law), as in force at a particular time or as in force from time to time.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies to a provision of a Western Australian law that is not an Act of the Western Australian Parliament only if the provision is subject to disallowance (however described) in Western Australia.
