180 Consultants and persons seconded to the Regulator
The CEO may engage consultants to perform services for the Regulator in connection with the performance of any of its functions or the exercise of any of its powers.
The Regulator may also be assisted:
by officers and employees of Agencies (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999), and of authorities of the Commonwealth; or
by officers and employees of a State, the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory, or of an agency or authority of a State, the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory;
whose services are made available to the Regulator in connection with the performance of any of its functions or the exercise of any of its powers.
