181 Minister may require Regulator to prepare reports or give information
Reports
The Minister may, by written notice to the Regulator, require the Regulator to:
prepare a report about one or more specified matters relating to the performance of the Regulator’s functions or the exercise of the Regulator’s powers; and
give a copy of the report to the Minister;
within the period specified in the notice.
Information
The Minister may, by written notice to the Regulator, require the Regulator to:
prepare a document setting out specified information relating to the performance of the Regulator’s functions or the exercise of the Regulator’s powers; and
give a copy of the document to the Minister;
within the period specified in the notice.
Compliance with requirement
The Regulator must comply with a requirement under subsection (1) or (2).
