Prices Justification Act 1973

The functions of the Tribunal, are to inquire and report to the Minister, in any case where the Tribunal is required to do so by the Minister or the Tribunal considers that it is desirable to do so, whether the price at which a company to which this Act applies supplies or proposes to supply goods or services of a particular description is justified and, if the Tribunal is of the opinion that the price is not justified, what lower price for the supply by the company of goods or services of that description would be justified.
