32 Effect of appointment of Judge as a member
(1)
If a Judge has, during any period, served as a member, then, for the purposes of any Act, he shall not be taken, by reason of his having so served, not to have been serving during that period as a Judge.
(2)
If the Chief Judge or a Judge of the Commonwealth Industrial Court holds office as a member, he is not qualified, while so holding office, to exercise, or to take part in the exercise of, any jurisdiction of the Commonwealth Industrial Court under this Act.
