29 Powers of Tribunal in relation to documents produced
(1)
A member of the Tribunal or of the staff assisting the Tribunal may inspect any books or documents furnished to the Tribunal for the purposes of the performance of its functions under this Act or produced at an inquiry and may make copies of, or take extracts from, those books or documents.
(2)
Books or documents so furnished may be retained by the Tribunal for such reasonable period as the Tribunal thinks fit.
