193 Decision to investigate
(1)
The Registrar must give written notice to an officer or member of staff of an Aboriginal Land Council if the Registrar decides to conduct an investigation in relation to the alleged misconduct of the officer or member of staff.
(2)
The notice must—
(a)
notify the person about the decision to conduct the investigation, and
(b)
describe the nature of the complaint or allegation under investigation.
