42A Restrictions on dealing with land reserved or dedicated under the NPW Act
(1)
An Aboriginal Land Council must not deal with land that is vested in it and that is reserved or dedicated under Part 4A of the NPW Act except in accordance with that Act.
(2)
This Division and Division 4A (other than sections 40, 42B and this section) do not apply to land referred to in subsection (1).
