Unauthorised possession of property

Current

Any property found in the possession of a detainee at any time after the detainee has been admitted to the detention centre is forfeited to the Crown unless—

(a)

the property was issued to the person by the centre manager or is the detainee’s approved property, or

(b)

the Secretary otherwise directs.
