22 Trust to be empowered to grant temporary licences for grazing etc
For the purpose of this section, a temporary licence is a licence that is granted for a period not longer than that prescribed.
A trust may, in respect of the land or any part of the land vested in it, grant temporary licences for grazing or for any other prescribed purpose.
Such licences:
may be granted subject to conditions or restrictions determined by the trust concerned, and
if conditions or restrictions are prescribed for the purposes of this subsection, shall be taken to include those conditions or restrictions.
