52 Duty of Secretary to inquire into a complaint referred under s 51 (1) (b)
(1)
As soon as practicable after a complaint is referred to the Secretary in accordance with section 51 (1) (b), the Secretary must inquire into the complaint.
(2)
When the inquiry is completed, the Secretary must report his or her findings in writing to the Minister.
