5 Administrator’s duty to preside at meetings of commoners
(1)
Unless unable to be present at a general meeting of commoners, the administrator must preside at the meeting.
(2)
If the administrator is absent from a general meeting of commoners, those commoners present who are eligible to vote may elect one of their number to preside at the meeting.
