25 Preparation of management plans
The Minister may:
cause a draft management plan to be prepared for a common, or
direct a trust to prepare, within such period as is specified in the direction, a draft management plan in respect of the common for which it is established.
A trust may, on its own initiative, prepare a draft management plan for the common for which it is established and submit a copy of it to the Minister.
If the Minister has directed a trust to prepare a draft management plan, the trust must, within the period specified in the direction, prepare such a plan and submit a copy of it to the Minister.
A draft management plan must comply with such requirements (if any) as are specified in the regulations.
