51 Powers of the Minister with respect to complaints lodged under s 50
(1)
On receiving a complaint lodged under section 50, the Minister may either:
(a)
hear and determine the complaint, or
(b)
refer the complaint for inquiry and report to the Secretary.
(2)
The Minister may decline to deal with the complaint if of the opinion that the complaint is frivolous, vexatious, misconceived or lacking in substance.
(3)
(Repealed)
