31 Deposit of proceeds
The person or body conducting a gaming activity must take all reasonable steps to ensure that—
(a)
money received in relation to a gaming activity is paid into an account at an authorised deposit-taking institution not later than 2 business days after the money is received, and
(b)
the account is—
(i)
an account of the person or body, or
(ii)
if the money is part of proceeds payable to a benefiting organisation, an account of the benefiting organisation.
