33 Prohibited commissions
(1)
This clause applies to a gaming activity that is a sweep, calcutta, social housie, mini-numbers lottery or progressive lottery.
(2)
No payment may be made as a salary, wage, fee, commission, percentage or other benefit to a person who conducts a gaming activity to which this clause applies, whether or not the person participates in the gaming activity.
(3)
This clause does not prevent the payment of salary or wages to persons assisting in the promotion of a sweep or calcutta.
