39 Liquor prizes
(1)
A prize for a gaming activity may consist of or include liquor within the meaning of the Liquor Act 2007.
(2)
The liquor component of all the prizes in a gaming activity must not exceed—
(a)
20 litres of liquor with an alcohol content not exceeding 20% by volume, or
(b)
5 litres of liquor with an alcohol content exceeding 20% by volume.
