46 Preservation of prizes
(1)
The person or body conducting a gaming activity must take all reasonable steps to ensure that this clause is complied with.
(2)
The prizes in a gaming activity must be carefully preserved until the prize winners have taken possession of them or they have been disposed of in accordance with this Part.
