Category 1 non-council managers

Current

For the purposes of section 3.25 (2) (c) of the Act, each of the following is assigned as a category 1 non-council manager—

(a)

NSW Crown Holiday Parks Land Manager,

(b) , (c)

(Repealed)

(d)

Catholic Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust and, on and from its abolition by the Act, the Catholic Cemeteries Board,

(e)

(Repealed)

(f)

Rookwood Necropolis Land Manager,

(g)

Metropolitan Memorial Parks Land Manager.
