Crown Land Management Regulation 2018

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, establish guidelines with respect to the assessment of annual rents for rural Western lands holdings.

In determining any of the following for the purposes of this Division, regard must be had to any guidelines in force under this clause—

whether land is or is not a single rural Western lands holding, or

whether cultivation is or is not permitted under the Act on the whole or any part of a rural Western lands holding, or

whether the whole or any part of a rural Western lands holding is or is not being used for or in connection with intensive agriculture, or

whether managed rehabilitation is or is not being carried out on the whole or any part of a rural Western lands holding, or

any other matter relevant to the assessment of annual rent for a rural Western lands holding.
