33 Notifications to Minister by transferee of land benefited by licensed Crown land
For the purposes of section 5.27 (5) of the Act—
(a)
the manner prescribed for notifying the Minister is by lodging a written notice with the Department accompanied by the relevant fee, and
(b)
the period prescribed for giving the notice is the period of 28 days after the date of the transfer.
