68 Divisions of the State—alteration or redefinition
(1)
For the purposes of section 1.6 (5) (a) of the Act, a notice describing a proposal to alter or redefine the boundary between the Eastern and Central Division and the Western Division of the State is required to be published—
(a)
in a newspaper circulating in the locality in which the alteration or redefinition of the boundary is to be made or a newspaper circulating generally in the State, and
(b)
on the website of the Department.
(2)
The Minister is to provide a copy of the notice to each of the following—
(a)
the Registrar-General,
(b)
the Surveyor-General,
(c)
NSW Land Registry Services.
