72 Exemption from operation of section 5.9 of Act
The following Crown land in the Western Division is exempt from the operation of section 5.9 of the Act—
(a)
Crown land under a continued tenure (as defined in Schedule 1 to the Act),
(b)
Crown land under a continued irrigation tenure (as defined in Schedule 2 to the Act).
