22 Definitions
In this part—
amending Act means the Local Court and Bail Legislation Amendment Act 2025.
commencement date means the date on which the amending Act, Schedules 1 and 2 commence.
former offices—see clause 23.
new offices means the following offices of the Local Court—
(a)
Chief Judge,
(b)
Deputy Chief Judge,
(c)
Judge.
