25 Abolition of former offices has no effect on proceedings
(1)
A person appointed to a new office by clause 24 may continue to hear and determine or otherwise deal with proceedings that, immediately before the commencement date, were pending before or being heard by the person in the person’s capacity as the holder of a former office.
(2)
Schedule 1, clause 4 does not apply to the person.
